Production Forms

Tablet Manufacturing

We possess the expertise to craft bespoke tablets in various forms and dosages, thanks to our state-of-the-art molds. We also offer mold customization to cater to specific production requirements. Our high-speed tablet printing machines ensure efficient and speedy production.

Capsule Manufacturing

Our fully automated capsule machine is designed for filling both animal and plant-based hard capsules. The system integrates capsule cleaning and polishing processes to maintain the highest quality standards.

Soft Capsule Manufacturing

We offer a range of mold sizes to manufacture soft gel capsules, including those containing fish oil and oil-based mixtures. Automatic gelatin thickness adjustment ensures a high-efficiency production process.

Blister Pack Manufacturing

Our vacuum-fed, fully automated horizontal filling machine can accommodate fillings starting from 2 grams and upwards, ensuring precise and reliable packaging.

Powder Product Manufacturing

For powder filling, whether in jars or specialized containers, we employ fully automatic weighing machines. Additionally, labeling and sleeve application can be seamlessly integrated into the same production line.

Liquid Product Manufacturing

Through the use of production, resting, and filling tanks, we conduct filling operations for volumes ranging from 50 ml to 1000 ml on two distinct liquid filling lines. Our liquid production, utilizing deionized water, is entirely automated for superior quality and consistency.

Contract Manufacturing

Co. has established systems that allow the production of pharmaceutical products compliant with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) rules set by the World Health Organization and the conduct of controls compliant with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) rules.

In all our production lines:

Walls and floors are covered with dust and particle-resistant, easy-to-clean antistatic coating materials.
Dividers are made of aluminum panel sandwich panels and glass panels that are easy to clean and do not trap dust and dirt.
An adequate amount of machinery, plumbing, and equipment has been designed and placed in line with the production purpose.
In the manufacturing process, all necessary measures have been taken to prevent any adverse effect on contamination, cross-contamination, and the quality of the product, minimize the risk of errors, and provide effective hygiene.
